How to get involved
Mandurah is home to an award-winning, year-round calendar of major festivals and events that celebrate our community, showcase our unique destination, and attract visitors from across Western Australia and beyond.
From the magic of Christmas and the iconic Channel 7 Mandurah Crab Fest, to the cosy charm of Winter in Mandurah and a vibrant program of arts, culture and seasonal experiences — there’s always something happening in our city.
These events create opportunities for businesses, community groups, organisations, artists, producers and individuals to get involved. Whether as a volunteer, stallholder, entertainer, sponsor or event participant, there are many ways to be part of the experience.
Our sponsors and partners play a vital role in bringing these events to life, helping deliver free, family-friendly experiences while building strong community connections and gaining valuable brand exposure
All stallholder and participation opportunities will open on 1 July 2026.
Programming for the festival will be procured through two streams:
1. Request for Quote for Workshops and Interactive Events up to $5,000
This RFQ seeks quotes for low-complexity events that encourage audiences to engage directly in the arts.
2. Registration of Interest for Project and Events up to $25,000
This is the first part of a 2-part process, seeking proposals for medium – large scale projects or events that inspire, entertain or engage our community.
Submissions close on Thursday, 26 March 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
