Supporting Mandurah’s young people

Mandurah’s young people are a huge part of what makes our city great - and we’re here to support you with fun programs, chill spaces, and plenty of ways to get involved.

The Billy Dower Youth Centre is your space to hang out, meet people, learn new skills, or just take a break. Whether you’re doing a barista course, writing a new song, gaming with friends, upskilling, shooting hoops or playing pool at the Drop-in program – it’s a safe and friendly place to be.

We don’t just run programs at the Centre - you’ll also find us out in the community. We run school holiday events and activities at skate parks and other venues across the City, bringing workshops, games, music, and support right to where young people already are.

We offer programs for ages 11 to 25, including creative sessions, skill‑building workshops, youth-led projects, and social hangouts.

Our team works closely with young people from all over Mandurah to make sure everything we do is inclusive, respectful, and reflects our diverse community.
