Ages 12–15
Members aged 12–15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (16+) unless attending during approved unaccompanied gym hours.
During school terms:
Weekdays: 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Weekends: 7:30am – 5:30pm
During school and public holidays:
Weekdays: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Weekends: 7:30am – 5:30pm
Ages 16–25
Proof of full-time student status required — university/TAFE student ID or enrolment confirmation. Membership expires on the student ID expiry date or the member's 25th birthday, after which it transfers to another membership type.

To access the Client Portal
Log in using your registered email address and password.
If you can’t remember your password, select the “Forgot Password” option to reset it.
To place your membership on hold, log in to the Client Portal using your email address and password. From the home screen, select the Memberships tab and choose your current membership.
Click on the Freeze Contract option, enter your desired freeze start and end dates, and then select Confirm to submit your request.
To view your current or past freezes, select the More Options tab under your contract details.
Freezes must be a minimum of seven days and maximum of 21 days.
If you are having difficulty freezing your membership, please contact our memberships team (email [email protected]) and we will happily assist you.
1-month upfront memberships – no freezes permitted
3-month upfront memberships – 1 freeze permitted (minimum seven days, maximum of 21 days)
Direct debit memberships – 4 freezes permitted per calendar year (minimum seven days, maximum 21 days)
FIFO Memberships – Unlimited freezes permitted
For freezes required for medical conditions, please contact the memberships team via our email.
Members over 60 – Unlimited freezes permitted
Membership fees are charged in advance. If your freeze period is ending and your membership is scheduled to reactivate within the next fortnight, a pro-rata payment may be deducted to cover the upcoming active period. If you’re unsure about your freeze dates or the amount charged, please contact us for clarification.
To view your direct debit details, log in to the Client Portal using your email address and password.
Select the Account tab, then click on the Payments tab. Here, you will be able to view your direct debit payment history and upcoming payments.
To upgrade your contract, log in to the Client Portal using your email address and password.
Once logged in, navigate to:
From there, you can select and add a new contract. Your existing contract will automatically be cancelled once the new contract is processed.
To update your direct debit payment method, log in to the Client Portal using your email address and password.

Here, you can enter your updated bank or payment details.
To book classes, download The MARC App from the App or Google Play Store and log in to the MARC App using your email address and password.
Once logged in, go to the Classes tab and select the class you want to book by tapping the + sign.
A confirmation message will appear once your booking is successful.
Please note that class bookings open at 12:30 pm the day before the class.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least seven days prior to your next debit date. To cancel, please complete the online cancellation form.
Please ensure you receive confirmation that your cancellation has been processed.
To cancel an upfront membership please contact our Memberships team. Please note a cancellation fee of $25 may apply to upfront membership cancellations.
