Free assessments are available if you are unsure of the best level to suit your child.
Assessments are the best way to determine the appropriate level to start at. They are free and take about 15 minutes to complete. Throughout the assessment, your child will be asked to demonstrate their swimming skills in front of a teacher to determine the correct level to enrol into.
Once the assessment is complete, the on-deck supervisor and customer service officers will be able to assist you with finalising your enrolment.

KidSport grants
MARC Swim School customers are eligible to apply for KidSport grants.
KidSport enables eligible children aged 5 to 18 to participate in community sport and recreation by offering them financial assistance towards club registration fees.

No, your membership will automatically pause during the school holiday and resume at the start of the next term
No refunds, suspensions, or make-up lessons are available for missed lessons. However, we do offer free swim passes (valid for three months) for missed lessons. Please see our deck liaison officer for collection
No, your membership will be paused during the school holidays and on public holidays. We do offer holiday programs based on demand. Please call 9550 3610 for further information
Class schedules are subject to change. If there are no suitable times available, please remain in your current class where skills will continue to be extended, and contact the swim school on 9550 3610 to be added to the waitlist

Each child learns at their own pace, so steady progress and occasional plateaus are to be expected. Swimmers are continually assessed and will progress to the next level when their instructor determines they, consistently, meet the level competencies. Level progression can be viewed via the member portal.
