The Freedom of Information Act 1992 (the ‘Act’) gives the public a right to seek access to information held by the City of Mandurah (the City). The City will aim to make information readily available at the least possible cost. Before lodging a formal FOI application, the City encourages you to contact one of the City’s FOI Coordinators as it may be possible to provide the information you are seeking outside the formal process.

If the information cannot be released informally, the FOI Coordinator can guide you through the application process and help you prepare your request.
